Return and Refund Policy
At Megha Emporium, we take great pride in offering handcrafted products, premium spices, and traditional artwork with the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our items, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All products sold on Megha Emporium are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This applies to:

Retail and individual purchases

Bulk and wholesale orders

All product categories (including handicrafts, organic spices, and paintings)
Our items are often handcrafted or perishable, and made in limited batches. As such, we are unable to accept returns once an order is confirmed.
2. No Refunds After Shipping
We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.
This policy is applicable across all customer categories, including wholesale buyers.
3. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping Only)
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only before the order is shipped.
Conditions for Cancellation & Refund:

The cancellation request must be made before dispatch.

A refund will be processed after deducting the payment gateway transaction fee.

The customer must provide:

A valid UPI ID

A clearly scannable UPI QR code for processing the refund

Refunds will not be processed without both the UPI ID and QR code.
How to Request a Cancellation:
To request a cancellation before shipping, you may choose either of the following methods:

Submit the Order Cancellation Form - available in the Returns & Refunds section of our website.

Registered name, email id and contact number

UPI QR code for refund
⚠️ Cancellation requests received after shipping are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While returns are not accepted, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To report an issue:

Send clear photos of the product and packaging

Mention your Order ID and contact information
We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution at our discretion, where applicable.
